We've been using Bighorn Pest Control for years for our residential needs. I recently contacted Brad to ask about servicing my office/warehouse. He arrived within hours to take care of our issues. Brad, Was right here at 1pm. He went all through my appartment and sprayed. He pulled the refrigerator out and sprayed behind the refrigerator as well as the stove. I was very please.

Brad is professional, always gives me heads up when he is on his way and quickly does his work. I rarely have issues with pests so I know his services are working. If I do need additional help, he is responsive and comes out as soon as possible. I would highly recommend his services.

If I could give ten stars I would! I called as a non-existing customer at 6 am the morning after I found a cinch beetle infestation in my home. Brad was very receptive and empathetic to my situation. He had a tech out at 9 am, just three hours later. The tech, Jason, was just as kind and professional. I really felt like he listened to my concerns and made me feel like I wasn’t overreacting. He sprayed and put bait down and addressed all of the concerns I had. I’m now a customer and will continue to be as long as I’m a homeowner in Las Vegas. I highly, highly recommend this company for pest control!!
